OPTION A: FULL TIME STAFF MEMBER

Looking to get someone who can work full-time and long-term on your business? This will be the option for you!

From recruitment, onboarding, up to ongoing trainings and retention, we design our procedure to suit your operational requirements. We have the most flexible rate options in the market. We are designed to cater to every financial budget– from the cheapest option (good for start-up companies) up to the most highly skilled professional in the Philippines.

It’s very easy. We will conduct a free consultation with you and determine the type of role that you are looking for. Once done, we will then recruit this person and hire them to work full time on your business.

With the full-time dedicated staff member, there’s no need to contact them on a regular basis and you don’t need to monitor their work progress every minute of the day. A dedicated Accounts Manager will be assigned to monitor their daily attendance, punctuality, and performance. The Accounts Manager will also generate a report  on your staff’s work progress either daily, weekly, or monthly. Best part– no extra costs!

BASIC ROLES:

Starting Rate of $4.99 per hour up to $8.00 per hour 

SPECIALIZED ROLES:

Starting Rate of $9.00 per hour up to $16.00 per hour (Depending on your skill set and experience requirements)

OPTION B: BUILD A TEAM

Outsourcing 1 support role can save you a lot of money. More so if you outsource an entire team! Get a team of 3 or more people and save up to about 70% of your overhead costs.

By building a team, we will help you train up your very own Accounts Manager to monitor your entire team’s performance and day to day operations.

This means your team works like an extension of your business. They will work together to accomplish your company goals and will directly communicate with you on a day to day level.

At the same time, this set-up gives you a back up in case one of your staff is absent or has an emergency to attend to. No need to panic about the urgent tasks! One of the team-members can take-over what needs to be finished.

RATES:

Same Salary Package Rates applies as to the Full Time Dedicated Option. You will get a bulk quote with the breakdown for each role after the initial consultation.

OPTION C: ON-CALL TEAM

Not enough work for a full-time staff? Are your requirements too varied for 1 person to work on? Not a problem. Constructas offers an ‘on-call’ team who will work on your projects.

How does it work?

You just subscribe on the different package options below. The subscription you pay is for a certain number of hours consumable either weekly or monthly.

WEEKLY OPTIONS

  • 20 hours per week
  • 40 hours per week

MONTHLY OPTIONS

  • 80 consumable hours per month
  • 160 consumable hours per month

This option allows you to tap into our existing pool of people, ready to go straight away. No need to undergo recruitment, training and on boarding. This works perfectly if you just need a one-time project done.

Our Accounts Manager will basically conduct a consultation with you to understand your project goals and objectives, timeline, etc. Once this is done, the Accounts Manager will create a timeline to set a target date to get the project finished. If the project requires more time, we will let you know in advance so you can have an option to purchase more consumable hours.

We will assign the best people to work under one project. The advantage to it is,– you can tap into as many skill set as possible. Below are the tasks that you can delegate to the ‘on-call’ team:
